We bought our Omar home August 21st 2024. It is wonderful so well built. All appliances are of the highest spec.After sales are excellent. We had a really professional guy called Jamie who came yesterday and he represented Omar brilliantly.

Andy had a long 6hr drive to fix our final snag.....another great job thank you!
Our dog Rufus didnt want him to leave!

Andy and Owen are an absolute credit to Omar. They are both very efficient and take superb pride in their work. They have total respect for the properties they work on and are both very pleasant and polite. If there was such an award from Omar for outstanding performance, then both Andy and Owen, should be rewarded.

First class warranty service from Omar again today. Andy attended to replace the glass in our bathroom window.

A lovely maintenance man called Mark came today to do our snagging, he is a brilliant worker and can't do enough for you, I wouldn't hesitate to arrange for this gentleman to come to our home again as he always sorts all problems out for you. 10/10 Mark Thankyou.

Andy and Owen were amazing they were friendly polite and did a fantastic job in fitting my new carpet and did a few extra things that were concerning me, they definitely went the extra mile

Omar are a great company to deal with and there engineers are really good and really nice people. A special mention to Owen & Andy who always go above and beyond to help (like they all do) and always go the extra mile to make sure the job is done properly. Well done Omar.

Konrad and Tim came to fix a radiator leak and to replace 3 small windows.
All done very efficiently and professionally. Cleaning and tidying up very well after finishing the jobs.

Andy & Owen were the engineers who carried out my snagging list after 3 months of ownership of an Omar Boutique Lodge. The guys were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. All my issues were rectified and at present I have been happy with Omar’s after sales customer service.

Owen and Andy from Omar, came to replace a broken window, great and swift job, also very very prompt, arrived a day early, thank you.
