Awful awful experience! Do not hire from here, car is unsafe and falling apart!!! Fraudsters!!! . The minivan was dreadful, seats stained, front panel says the car door was open when it wasn’t, had no faith in it being safe. Petrol gauge was faulty and all air con grills had fallen out! The ‘customer service’ from Alexia was just dreadful at Roda hotel where we hired. We filled up €20 for a small journey and the needle didn’t move at all. The awful woman Alexia at the Car rental stand at Roda Beach Hotel wanted €60 more for an 1/8 of the tank we used. She is an absolute cow! Apparently worked for them for 27 years and still useless. Then we made the mistake of using the hotel taxi service (provided by Olympus, which we didn’t realise) a trip into town (all of 4 mins) but hot and a big hill and we had our grandmother and child with us and they wanted €20 per trip as 5… €10 if up to 4 but same car used! So €10 for one extra person! AVOID OLYMPUS AND ALEXIA. My daughter was crying as I chose not to go as they are fraudsters and wasn’t giving them an extra penny! I would give a minus rating if I could!

We rented a car for 2 days. Great car, excellent service and a friendly welcome. We were picked up promptly at the accommodation and dropped off at the airport. Very friendly owner.

Rented a quad bike from Spiros at Atlantica Grand Mediterranian Hotel. Spiros was amazing, friendly, funny and a pleasure to see on a daily basis. Quad was fun too 😂

Fantastic service and beautifull honest people who are proud of helping you with anything ... not a franchisee who gives a shit abouth you ... .. coming out of the airport at the end of the street at right in front of you is the place to be ... olympus car .. I recommend everyone and hopefully everyone is convinced now ... thanks again for everything and go on this way withe your enthousiasm and kindness... johan

TLDR: Agreed on a certain class & price, but when I came to pick up the car they did not honor the agreement.

A day before the rental, I met an agent in the hotel and was offered a certain car class that would fit our luggage at a certain price. I was to pick up the car a day later.

The next day, when I went to pick up the car, there was another agent, and she took us to a smaller car, that did not fit our luggage. I explained that this was not what was agreed with the previous agent, and she insisted that the larger car would cost more than we agreed.

Eventually, she let me talk directly to the agent from the day before, and in a phone call she confirmed what I was saying, and that she will tell her colleague to give us the larger car.

Despite all that, after shouting at the other agent on the phone, the second agent refused to give us the car that we agreed on, and we were stuck with the smaller car having to carry some of the luggage on our knees.

We rented a car for a day from Olympus rent a car in the Atlantica Grand Corfu. Next time we will definitely hire for a few more days as it’s the perfect way to explore this beautiful island.

The price was very reasonable for an air conditioned car and insurance included.

We really appreciated the support from Spiro, who tailored the car to our needs and recommended some beautiful places to visit. This really made our holiday. Thank you very much for your personal service. We would highly recommend you to anyone.

It cost £60 a day which I think is a bargain to be honest, we had a clean Seat Ibiza for 4 people which was ample for us

We rented a car, that turned out to be extremely old. It was not able to lock the doors, and the company promised to fix the problem, but didn’t do it and didn’t contact me afterwards. I contacted them as I didn’t see I got the product I paid for but of.. no response! Use Another car rental company.

We recently rented a car, on holiday in Corfu. We were I greeted warmly by Spiro. He spoke perfect English and had a fantastic sense of humour, that my husband and I greatly appreciated. Spiro dealt with the hire professionally and swiftly. If we revisit Corfu, we would keep everything crossed to hire from Spiro again. Spiro is a credit to Olympus Car Rental.

Very rude and unpolite staff that put you under pressure to pay a cleaning fee even if the car is normal used and not that dirty. It seems and feels like they want to even pull out that last 20 euros out of there customer.

Do not book. I booked a car in early April for my holiday late in May. Booking went through, email confirmation etc. I emailed twice to check the booking and got no response. Booking confirmation page still there up until this week. I rang today and was told they have no cars so my booking is no longer valid, then she simply said I can't help you and hung up the phone. Rude and unprofessional, hire from one of the reputable companies instead.
