I do not recommend this hair company at all!! My experience was extremely disappointing. It took three weeks to receive my wig with little to no communication which already showed a lack of professionalism. When the wig finally arrived it did not match the quality advertised. The hair looks synthetic and the length is clearly inaccurate. On top of that it arrived poorly packaged in a messy bag, which is unacceptable for a business selling wigs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. It’s a scam. I ordered from the UK. The hair took almost 1 month (27 days) to arrive. First of all seller doesn’t respond to WhatsApp messages had to communicate though Instagram. Barely got responses. I wanted customisation done so I wanted the hair to be dyed as she says on her website is available . Seller said she can’t because it will cost an extra €110 so I said she can ship as is fine. I bought a virgin hair unit for reference which is called the ‘Black Nicki HD’. The item took over 2 weeks to be shipped out which is how long it should take if you get customisation done but I didn’t get any customisation done. My item wasn’t moving for a while and the entire shipping system is in French so I contacted the seller for help and they took a long time before I got a response which was just to chase it up myself. I chased it up and had to pay extremely heavy customs fees despite the seller telling me I wouldn’t face any customs fees. I paid these fees. The wig arrives and I recieved remy hair/ floor hair which is synthetic blend hair. You can see the plastic synthetic fibres in the hair and smell the chemical aliexpress hair smell. This was all a scam she is charging virgin hair prices just to send you the same hair you get on temu and aliexpress. Avoid and protect your money.
