Looks and feels like I have been scammed
Ordered a Denim Dress way back in October 2025 and after informing me that my item would be delivered and how diligently their staff were working to get it done, three months later and...nothing. Looks and feels like I have been scammed.
Poor delivery and unwilling to correct their error
I ordered a pair of jeans back in September. Unfortunately they were delivered to an address that doesn't exist. I didn't notice this until later when I began tracking my delivery. I reached out to olivia mark informing them of this error, but to date, 12/1, I have not heard anything nor received my jeans. If the address didn't exist, they should have been returned to olivia mark, but nothing. NEVER AGAIN.
Untrustworthy
I bought a pair of heeled boots a few weeks ago. I thought it was a bit strange how long they took to be delivered but a customer service employee assured me they wouldnt be long and they were very helpful.
I get them today (15/11/25) i have been wearing them since around 6pm and at around 8.55pm they were broken. My heel snapped and later i realised the front is scuffed and the material is worn. I thought i could get passed the fact they looked nothing like their licture until this happened. To say the lwast im very angry and hope i get a full refund after a reaponse from an employee.
Shipping issues poor customer service
I ordered a dress 14 days ago. After seven days I tried to get tracking for an ETA. The tracking is from China and makes no sense. 14 days and it just says delivered to the airline. Customer service tells me to be patient. This dress is for and event next week. I am very disappointed is the shipping and lack of customer service.

This isn't a legitimate brand, manufacturer or retailer. Yes, they exist, but all of the items are designs stolen from other brands. I knew this going in, but decided to gamble. Unfortunately, they didn't even ATTEMPT to have their items pass as legitimate.
The shoes I bought were TWO SIZES too small, but were stamped as the correct size. I was honestly better off buying the Shein version. Shein has terrible quality but there's at least an attempt, which says a lot about this company
Incorrect item sent
I ordered a pair of pants that were $80.00 and received a totally different pair than what I ordered. I definitely wouldn't have paid $80.00. I will never order from this site again.
Now to try and send the pants back and get a refund. Wish me luck!
Confusion over branding

Misleading Images, Hidden Fees & Tough Returns
In July 2024, I paid $243 for six items from Olivia Mark and was immediately disappointed. Everything felt cheap, the shoes arrived deeply wrinkled and creased from shipment and stayed that way. Frankly, one $70.99 pair of shoes from my order were the ugliest, most poorly made shoes I’ve ever seen. When I complained that the ladies’ top was not as advertised, customer service replied: “Due to the fact that product images on our website are manually taken, they are influenced by angles and lighting conditions, leading to inevitable slight color variations in the products.”–basically brushing off the issue.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, with items unworn, tagged and in perfect condition. But you must return via USPS to China, not the USA. I paid $80.40 in return costs. I was then charged $60.40 in custom duties. And then an additional $20 was deducted for shipping, without notice. After over MONTHS of follow-up, I was given $157 in credit. In other words, spending $243 after $160 in fees netted me a $77 refund ($166 loss), plus the added time and energy expended on persistent follow-ups.
Despite marketing itself as “Olivia Mark-Seattle,” everything comes from China. I documented photos showing at least one item that was clearly NOT as pictured on their website.
I give this company a zero-star rating (if available) for the following: extremely restrictive and international return policy with super fine “read-between-the-lines” hidden fees; poor product quality compared to website images; painful, drawn-out refund process; and their “Seattle” moniker branding is deceptive. DO NOT buy from Olivia Mark unless you’re prepared to lose time, money, and patience. The combination of misleading images, hidden fees, and tough returns is a textbook consumer trap.

The quality is very bad and cheep and sizing is for small women.
I did not receive refund for the pieces I returned.

They kept changing the order
They kept changing the order. Then took forever to receive. My wife wears a 2-3X but ordered a 5X to ensure it would be large enough. Shirt received was marked a 5X but was the size of a 1X, too small to wear. Plus, the stitched tag unraveled being so poorly sewn. So, received a shirt that was too small, labeled the wrong size, and falling apart. Waste of time and money. Not impressed.
Took too long
I ordered my dress 2 months before it came in. It told me it would be here 2 weeks after that. I constantly was emailing the support and they kept on saying “2-5 more business” days when it actually ended up being around 40 business days. There also was no update on the tracking. Finally got the dress, and is not like the picture regarding the fabric. I was super excited for this dress and it’s really disappointing.

Horrible customer service I am in dispute with them for a month now I purchased the item on here. They sent the email saying it is unavailable and offered a similar item. I refuse the other option and asked for a refund they sent multiple emails saying the same thing. I answer each one of them, the other item that I purchased along with that order has been in transit for a month now. I have not received anything as far as my refund nor the item. Do not order from this site, advertisement and steals your money.

Do not waste your good money. I have ordered a dress at thirty two pounds and sixty seven pence. The dress was terrible and I mean unfit for wear. Like a badly made nightdress. I have been in a dispute with them from February. They offered me 25 percent of the item I refused. Went to PayPal they told them they had sorted the case with me utter lies. I have E mailed them numerous times they refuse to give me a return address no phone number either. The worst customer service I have ever received. I’m now out of pocket this money I live in my old age pension and I’m afraid I have to cut my losses. Disgusting company I urge anyone to be extremely careful buying from them They advertise as.
