Be very careful relying on the high rating here,look closely at how they operate.

Many high rating reviews are aggressively prompted or incentivized right at checkout/after a transaction before customers even have time to process their experience. In fact, they actively pay or offer financial incentives for positive reviews at transaction time to keep their online rating artificially inflated. When you visit in person, the actual customer experience, especially when selling luxury items is completely different from what the polished
5 star reviews suggest.

They rely on inflated online ratings and ads to lure you through the door, only to hit you with lowball offers and high pressure tactics in person. Do your homework, read the 1 star critical reviews first to see what really happens behind the counter, and don't let artificial review scores trick you into letting your guard down.

I wrote a previous review in which I had visited the Oliver's oakville location a second time and didnt have a good experience, but I wanted to come back on here and provide an update. After my review, a very sweet, friendly and professional member of Oliver's staff contacted me. She was so helpful! She listened, and apologized and even gave me a credit to use at their store. I really appreciated that she took the time to even reach out and hear what happened, as some companies do not care. I then went back to Olivers in Oakville today after she informed me when Monique would be in as she was the person I had dealt with the first time I came in and had an excellent experience. Once again, I had a fantastic experience and was able to sell a bag and some jewellery. Monique treated me with respect and was professional and I am so pleased. I will definitely be back to Oliver's location in Oakville and now I'll be browsing the site to use my credit! Thanks again to the team at Oliver's for caring about the customer experience, it is very much appreciated!
