I ordered 2 Whitechapel sofas in Rugger Hobnail leather, and two footstools. The sofas were delivered a few days ago, and all I can say is WOW! The quality is outstanding, I had requested that the seat cushions were “firmed up” as we didn’t want anything that swallows you up. They are perfect in every way. The leather is superb quality, and the colour exactly matches that shown on the website. They were delivered pretty much on time, all I can say is, if you want a quality handmade product that will last for years, these are your guys. Top work Oldboot team, every interaction with team members has been an absolute pleasure.

We have just received our Alfie sofa in hobnail leather and love it. It is a piece of quality craftsmanship. It is comfortable and the pet friendly leather is a massive plus as the first to sit on it was the dog! Thank you Old Boot, this is exactly the sofa I have been looking for.

I stumbled across Old Boot Sofas after nearly ordering a sofa from another company.....but wasn’t quite in love with it....so one last trawl through the Internet and I found Old Boot Sofas.
I chose a Hepburn 2 seater sofa in olive velvet, but this is the olive of the leaves on the olive tree, not the fruit, a beautiful silvery green and the velvet is wonderfully aged.
Along with the sofa I decided a few days later, on a Howard armchair in vintage tan and Old Boot made sure that the 2 orders were combined for delivery together.
Delivery from the onset was stated at 12-14 weeks and this was spot on. No problem in waiting as the communication from all the staff was brilliant and kept me informed throughout the process. I didn’t mind the wait because it was lovely to look forward to receiving my wonderful furniture, much better than a holiday!
The service from Old Boot has been Sterling, from the courtesy call the day after I placed the order to being informed that my furniture was ready to be collected by the delivery company. A*******service.
The delivery was well communicated and accommodated around my work commitments. The two guys who delivered were polite, professional and left everything tidy and all packaging was taken away to which I was eternally grateful. Great care was taken in placing the sofa and armchair where I wanted them.
I love, love, love my Hepburn and Howard!
Quality and craftsmanship is superb, soooo comfortable, I can’t believe how comfortable.
The price was amazing for the class and quality of the furniture.
I was almost going to pay more for one velvet 2 seater sofa than I paid for a velvet 2 seater sofa and leather armchair AND it’s made in the UK🇬🇧

Purchased two, small two seater Hepburn sofas in a vintage velvet. The sofas are great quality and luxurious. We picked azure the colour is amazing.
I cannot fault the product.
The service from start to delivery was excellent we have recently moved house and have ordered lots of items of furniture and the service at Old Boot Sofas has by far exceeded expectation. We are really happy with our sofas!

Bought two different sofa's with a gap of severals months between the purchases. They came on time, seem reasonable quality and comfy. Some confusion about what leather they were actually made of, one of them is not the leather it was sold as, but i think is a more expensive variant. I noticed that the underneath covers are not well stapled to the frames so I suspect that the upholstering and construction is not great however the leathers are good and the sofas are very heavy which hopefully is a sign of good frame quality. I found the firesafety labels glued onto the undersides of the sofas, I would have preferred stitching.
I'm hoping they last a long time and prove to be good value, but I am not convinced that they will.
Pre and after sales support has been ok, although they needed a little persuasion to actually help me with an issue, and in the end I fixed it myself.

Lovely sofa to sit on. Oozing quality with fine leather and solid build. Old Boot vintage leather is amazing and will expect many years of service from this sofa.

It was a bit strange buying a sofa online without actually sitting on one to make the buying decision but it has turned out well. I did talk to a sales rep who advised which sofa would be best suited for me and I’m glad I listened to her.I wanted fixed legs rather than castors and she was able to specify that on the order form. It took a long time to make but fortunately I was in no hurry but something to bear in mind when ordering.

We needed a larger sofa that was not too bulky. Old Boot’s nutshell 4 seater seemed to fit the bill. Zoë gave helpful telephonic advice as to choice of leather, cushion fillings, etc. The sofa was delivered as scheduled. The workmanship seems excellent, and the sofa is very comfortable. The delivery crew were very friendly and helpful. We are delighted with our new sofa.

Delighted with our new sofa. Went to the showroom and they were really helpful, allowing us to move cushions around to find our perfect combination of firmness on the sofa we wanted. Kept us up to date with the whole process, the order took slightly longer than expected but due to the constant communication this wasn't a problem. Would definitely order again.

My Battersea two seater sofa and snuggler chair are beautiful and appear to be well made and solid pieces of furniture. The leather is soft but tough and the cushions(foam with duck feather topping) feel quite firm when you first sit on them but very quickly give and become comfortable and supportive, returning to firmness when you stand up. I ordered online due to Covid restrictions and was kept well-informed throughout the process. Would happily recommend.
