Purchased the olay super cream refill as I already had the bottle. I love the olay super cream, but I am very disappointed with the amount of cream in this tiny refill container. On opening it was half full. The price is expensive especially for the tiny amount. I would say equivalent to two tablespoons. Very disappointing.

WOW! How can a product that can be so damaging be generally available??? Showered, applied on my face and neck then woke up next day with burning red swollen skin. This pain is just subsiding and swelling reducing on day 2 and redness is starting to pale. Couldn't go to planned interview and missed a dream opportunity.

Bought olay vitamin c light weight moisturiser and i don't like the outcome, ive started getting rashes. Ive been using olay products for a while but this has really dissapointed me.

Brought Olay retinol 24 night cream which I won’t buy again had a bad reaction and this product has burnt my skin had it in the past but seems they have changed something nothing like it used to be had to go to the doctors as my skin is still bad after 4 days.i would suggest no one buys this.as soon as i put in on my face could feeling burning not inpressed at all.i wouldn’t even give it one star

The customer service was poor, and the wait to receive the product was very long.

According to tv adverts this regenerist product penetrates 10 layers of skin …. funny that, as we only have 3 layers of skin.

I tried both regenerist firming body lotion and Day cream and loved both very much leaving my skin shiny and fully replenished,👌.

I have been using Oil of Olay moisturiser for the past 50 or so years. I have always loved it. I’ve now noticed the jar has changed and the contents have a different scent and the cream is not as thick as the original. I’m very disappointed in it. Why change the formula?

I discovered Olay regenerist day cream last year and loved it. I bought a replacement in January. I noticed the packaging had changed but did not think it would mean the product had changed. How wrong I was. The cream now has a very noticeable perfume, so much so that I will not continue using it. Luckily it was on offer in Sainsbury’s so I only wasted £15, not £45 (RRP).

Well I started using the original pink moisturiser, because of my mothers advice, when I was 13. I changed to the tub one as I got older for deeper moisture. After a while with age I changed to the sensitive one which suited my skin perfectly.
When I purchased my most recent tub I instantly noticed the package change. Hoping the product was still the same I was disappointed to find it had changed. Now instead of this lovely smooth cream, I find a lighter cream which has more water content than the one I’ve been using for years.
I am now 72 and my skin is great for my age thanks to Olay but I fear I’m going to have to find a replacement.
I would like to know if anyone has discovered this as well.
If something works why change it?

Olay customer service is appalling.
I have a skin reaction to a natural fragrance called Myroxylon Pereirae. Unfortunately this can be shown on products as Perfume, Parfum or Fragrance. However if a product contains perfume it doesn't mean that it will have this particular natural fragrance in it. This makes it very hard to track down.
I emailed Olay to ask if it was in a particular product. After more than 8 weeks of holding emails from them one person told me it was and another that it wasn't.
The ingredients listed on the packing do not correspond to those shown on many chemist chains websites.
I am still not sure and this is yet another product I will have to avoid.

Olay Regenerist firming serum.... didn't help open pores at all aven though it say day one it would.... after using 2 bottles saw no difference in pores or lines or sagging....I think nothing can help once you have all of these problem s at 60. ..I've tried lots ...this sounded promising...but disappointed again

I purchased the olay regenerist day cream. Was looking forward to using a new moisturiser only to have have stinging eyes and stuffy nose after using.i have never had a reaction from a moisturiser before and I have used retinol in the past. I am very disappointed in this product. Total waste of money for me

Olay retinol 24 night cream.
This cream is expensive; to be honest, the effect it has had on my skin is negligible, as I have observed no results after using it completely.

I am not particularly fond of the recycling aspect inside, as it gives the impression of receiving less product. Regrettably, I cannot recommend it.

Okay Retinol 24, super serum, eyes peptide 24

All have made my skin dry and sensitive skin looks dull red and sore, I was hoping Olay would live up to there reputation of a good product but I have been very disappointed. The whole bundle I brought has just in my eyes been a waste of money olay Regenerist retinol24, Olay super serum, Olay eyes collagen peptide, day cream collagen peptide & Regenerist hyaluronic 24 day gel

Bought the Total Effects 7 in one moisturiser and serum. Next day my eyes are badly swollen and my face is red and itching like mad. AVOID

I simply can't use this face cream, my face puffs up, my eyes itch, it must be washed off immediately. I have used olay total effects 7 signs of aging for years, it's fabulous. Olay regenerest will be put in the bin, it's dreadful.

Love Olay whip but HATE HATE the new glass pot, why on earth have you changed the pot to glass??
The old pot is much more user friendly to hold and to scoop out the cream, the new pots are not so nice to use as the sides are to straight sided,so instead of cream on the side of the finger it’s up my nails, such a bad shape.
It’s much heavier especially when I’m travelling and if I accidentally drop it on the basin it will do more damage than the plastic pots.
I’m so disappointed as I was so happy with this product but hate the new design now.
Any comments welcome.
