Hello J.D.,
Thank you very much for your feedback.
We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the delivery process. However, we must strongly disagree with your assessment and would like to set out the facts of the matter from our perspective once again.
On 14 August 2026, you informed us that you disputed the stated delivery date of 12 August 2026. We subsequently carried out an enquiry with the relevant courier service. They informed us that a storage agreement exists between you and the courier service, and that the delivery was made in accordance with this agreement.
Where there is an existing storage agreement between the customer and the courier company, we cannot legally accept liability for lost parcels, provided that these are marked as delivered in the tracking system. In such cases, we are unable to assert our legal claims against the courier company.
In this instance, Amazon unlawfully withheld the purchase amount from us and refunded it to you. Our objection was rejected. The only possible solution remaining at this stage would have been for you to clarify the matter with the courier company under the terms of the storage agreement. Unfortunately, we are unable to do this due to the existing storage agreement. You have declined our polite request to contact the courier company.
For our part, we no longer have any means of recovering the lost money, even though we are not liable under the existing storage agreement.
For this reason, we have looked into further internal steps but have closed the case in the interests of customer satisfaction.
We can, of course, understand your frustration, but we once again clearly refute your accusations that we have lied.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at service@okluge.de if you have any further questions, requests or suggestions. We will be happy to help you.
Kind regards
