Okko Hotel in Nantes, France. Simply amazing service and dedication to looking after us. The facilities were amazing and I (we) would highly recommend. There were two families of four (all adults now). The language barrier (French to English) was not a problem for them, as they spoke fluent English and even when they did struggle to understand us, they perservered with a smile. Such humble service with outstanding people at the front of house. Would highly recommend.

I stayed in the Okko Hotel at Rosa Parks in Paris. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was always someone available to ask questions. The room was bright, airy, spacious and very clean. In the self serve dining area there was coffee on tap and also nibbles available throughout the day eg biscuits and fruit included in the price. Plenty of soft seating as well as tables. The transport links into the centre of Paris were great. Within a 2 min walk at the back of the hotel there was Rosa Parks train station/metro and tram link. Also nearby there was a wide open area with shops and cafes including an excellent patisserie.
I will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Okko Hotel Rosa Parks in Paris for three nights. What an excellent place that is - friendly staff, amazing food and exceptional cleanliness.
Affordable price for the room, very short distance to all transport links.
I am just sorry our stay was so short!
Kept their business card for our next trip to Paris, hopefully soon.

I have been at your Cannes hotel now for 2 days, I have 2 more days here. I complained about the smell in the room on the first day and absolutely nothing has been done about it.

The smell is something between dirty drains and dead animal in the air con, it is disgusting!!!

I appreciate the hotel is busy, however the conditions of the room is simply unacceptable and lack of care for the customer is appalling.

what a lovely hotel chain!
it's a 4 star chain with 5star quality and service.staff and food which is include din the price are lovely.the hotels ave tasteful decors and are beautifully maintained.the only downside is not so private bathrooms in rooms, too transparent but if you can get over that it's definitely worth staying at.
