Bying fabric and other stuff from Ohlssons Tyger was spot on. I have no complains.

I shopped one time and had no issues. The second time that I shopped an item was out of stock so they say they will refund me the money for it. After a few days and no refund I asked and they said they had issues with the system so it was delayed. A few days later I asked again, this time they say should have been there and even asked me if „I was really sure?“ that I did not have it. After this I had to email so many times each time they told me a different story each one weirder than the one before one time they say I should just not pay it if I pay by invoice?!, then they say that Klarna adjusted the amount automatically (I did not even pay with Klarna), then they say the amount was completely different than what was on the order so what I paid was already discounted (how on earth? When I got an email from them with the amount), then another time they say is because of my bank conversion rate (even though I showed them the amount in sek). Each time a different excuse, each one more weird. In the end they agree to refund me the money like as I favour?! I mean literally I sent them pictures, they have the info in their system and they treat me like I am stupid? The whole experience was subreal. And for sure not one that I will repeat. Not once, an apology for having to email so many times for a refund I was due per the first order. Very unfortunate because I was happy the first time around.

Top of the line excellent fabrics incl. for tailoring and as a very frequent customer for many years I have always been met with utmost professional and most cheerful assistance from everyone at Ohlssons Tyger.

Regular customer and have never had a problem with them or their fabrics. The delivery is usually within a week, and I've made several outfits out of cloth from Olhssons Tyger
