I'd like to make VERY clear that offshore-rebates.co.uk is entirely unrelated to my own business which was Offshore-Rebates.com and was an investment business I owned and ran for 20 years until I retired.

offshore-rebates.co.uk seems to be a company that was supposed to get tax rebates for people working in the offshore oil and gas business and judging by comments here seems they did not do it well. Seems that they had just sat themselves on my own company's domain name as I had a very good reputation but as mentioned no connection.

I am not looking for or taking new clients these days but I do wish to protect my own good name and hence my post here.

The Offshore Rebates are scammer i was scammed and thanks to the consultant who manage to help me get my money out .. i was so happy meeting him .. he took him 6 days getting my whole money back im so happy . Its never too late to get yours back contact them . admin@ malaikaconsultant.com

Avoid this company like the plague. How on earth hmrc have allowed this man to trade again I'll never know.
I claimed tax back through this con man a few years ago, all above board or so I thought at the time. He advertised on the Internet, through Facebook, hell he even had a stall at truckfest.! Nothing was hidden it was all out in the open which led me to believe it was all legitimate.
The letter I received, and subsequent phone call to hmrc last week tells me different. I'm now faced with a large tax bill to pay.
I'm no accountant I'm just an honest man trying to earn a living. Probably the same as most of you reading this.
BE VERY CAREFUL. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stay clear it's all a scam thy will claim money back ... then hmrc start in investigate them... they then go bankrupt... they use to be called C.W.LOGISTICS which they claimed back money for hgv drivers then went bacnkcrupt... now left people with over £2500 in tax bills .... I had letters stating I owed money that I had claimed over £4000 every year .. yet I had only claimed approx £1000 ... this is the same people same address different name stay clear people spread the word ...

Nothing but a bunch of theives. Stay well away 👍or you will have hmrc chasing you for money they kept !!

This company is back again with bogus claims to hmrc and then a year or so down the line it will fold leaving all customers with hefty tax bills as they did before, if it’s to good to be true it usually is!!! Avoid
