Always professional and efficient!

In September 2024, I purchased a virtual business address from Offix Solutions. The company promised the address would be exclusively for my use, but it turned out to be rented to multiple clients without any disclosure. Additionally, they promised to provide utility bills (electric or water) for address verification, but instead, they gave me a fraudulent internet bill. When I checked the bill, it was invalid and had no record in their system. My request for a refund of the $360 I paid was denied. This is outright fraud and misleading service.

I do not recommend this company.
