I ordered two toys on 10/29/22, and still haven’t received shipping confirmation. After 3 attempts to contact, I still haven’t heard back from their customer service. Their website says it takes 24-48 hours to respond.

Avoid at all cost.
Purchased a toy on their site, which didn't seem too sketchy but ultimately, never received the toy. Reached out to the company twice to in attempt to cancel my order and receive a refund to no avail. Avoid at all costs. it's clearly a scam.
