This company is terrible! Ordered the burrito blanket on 3/14. Still no confirmation or tracking number. I contacted the "email" listed multiple times. No response. Finally received a response that the order had been shipped and that I should be receiving email shortly with tracking information. Never received the email. it's terrible that the only way to contact this company is through that email. I emailed again stating that I was filing a complaint with the BBB and my bank. I received anemail shortly after with a FAKE tracking number from China!! the Website states it is a USA company!!

I ordered in December. It is now March and I've only receive part of my order. Any emails sent to get an order status are only met with short responses and no follow up. The last email I sent has yet to get a response back. For the blankets I have received, they look alright but the material is very thin.

I wish I had the option to give this company ZERO stars...while the blanket isn't so bad, the company does not value their customers. I was charged for 2 burrito blankets that I ordered in December. I only received one and tried to call their customer service. Not only is there NO TELEPHONE NUMBER to contact them, the 5 emails that I sent, were never responded to. I finally had to file a dispute to PayPal, as well as my financial institution, for a refund from the blanket I never received. As of today, February 22, 2020, I still have not received my refund. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE and they STOLE my money (crooks)! DO NOT purchase a burrito blanket!

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a blanket from them over a month ago and still haven't received my package. I finally got a tracking number and believe they are sending my order from China. Its absolutely pathetic...they lie and say they have shipped it and are completely unreliable. These people need to take their website down and stop wasting people's time. Buy your blanket from amazon.

This isn't a scam, it just takes long to receive. I ordered mine January 8th, and got it February 7th.

This company is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE BLANKETS FROM THEM.
They gladly take your money but only ship 1/2 an order and you'll be lucky if you even get 1/2. They send partial order, that way they have a tracking number to say it was delivered. Even if you use a PayPal account at the time of purchase, PayPal will not hold up their end and argue the case for you. You will be THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY IF YOU ORDER HERE.

Been 1+ month since ordering on 12/23/19. Contacted them requesting a refund. No reply despite “48 hour guarantee replies & “24hr customer service”. No updated shipping since 1/12/2020. Absolute scam.

Update:
Still 1 Star. Took 2 months to receive my blanket. The packaging was ripped in half and opened. The bag itself says it was from Macy’s.com. Before receiving my order, I contacted them multiple times, and never got a reply. Ever. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. You're better off buying from Amazon or Macy’s itself.

ZERO STARS!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SUE THESE FAKE PEOPLE. Like many people on here I spent a good deal of back broken money on this stupid thing and the email they said to contact does NOT EXIST??? What the heck!!! Seriously what can I do about this, this is straight up false advertisement 4 hours of work for them to just not even answer my DANG email! If I can sue I bet you to the grave I’m going to!

I placed an order for the burrito blanket and cookie blanket on 11/29/19. Within 2 weeks, I received the burrito blanket. I emailed right away because I had never received a shipped email for the cookie blanket. Finally it was shipped on 12/13 from China. The tracking information does not track once the order reached the States so I do not know where it is. I can only contact customer service through email. I have been asking for weeks for the blanket or a refund. It is now 1/27/2020 and customer service says they only issue refunds for damaged items, not for missing items. They are thieves. The blanket that I did receive is thin quality and not worth the $25ish I paid. I have politely requested my refund 2 weeks ago and then again last week. This is very poor customer service.

Horrible experience. It has been more than a month and still no parcel. I have made contact through email twice and through Instagram and have not received a SINGLE RESPONSE despite the supposed "24/7 customer support". The website is fraudulent and are very quick to take your money without giving the goods. Would demand a refund but there is no phone number to call and emails go unanswered. Totally unacceptable and a terrible experience, will never purchase from here again. My order number is #22713 if this company would bother looking into it, but frankly I wouldn't trust them after the scam I've been put through

Pretty much all of the bad reviews I've read are right on. This so called company is out to get your money. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! It's a scam. They are quick to charge your card and yet to get a response from them takes them days with no resolution. They should be shut down!

The fact they have the nerve to come on this site and try and act like a real business is embarrassing. This is a scam BS site ripping hundreds, if not thousands, of people off. Their e-mail the keep giving is responded to rarely, and it's the same BS automated responses. Give it up, you are scammers.

SCAM! Placed an order, got a fake tracking number from the UK. Tried contacting them at their email corporate@officialburritoblanket, no response after several emails. They say they'll answer within 24 hours but it's a lie. Filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Check their profile on the BBB before you purchase and you'll realize these people are scammers even if they answer back on the posted reviews.

Scam! Order never arrived, emails inquiring about the order are not returned, tracking number was fraudulent yet card was charged.. I'm going to file with the BBB and check into filing a scam report with IG.
**UPDATE** Yes I FINALLY got the cheap thin blankets after a month (they said 3-5 days) that look nothing like the online pictures. I would love to send them back but I don't trust this shady company to actually give the refund. Funny they replied to this when they wouldn't respond to my numerous emails and blocked me from IG.

I ordered socks and a blanket from them two weeks before Christmas and only received the blanket. Days have gone by and every email I send asking about the socks they just respond with “can only send a refund if the item was broken”. I have just gave up and told them to send me the socks and they have responded with the same email. I dont know if it a scam but regardless I will never order from them again.

Yeah, most likely a scam. Don't trust this vendor. Never received the product and any correspondence they send you is fairly generic and non-specific regarding your purchase order.

Made the purchase 12/13. First email I got from them 2 days after (12/15) had the following message:

My payment wasn't fraudulent as I was properly charged for the purchase. As soon as I got this email, I pretty much knew this was most likely a fake company as they never mentioned which products I ordered, any tracking or order number, they didn't know my address or name, and "Cheryl" doesn't have a last name nor company contact information.

Besides the spam e-mails they sent following the initial order (advertising their deals), I received an e-mail on 12/21 stating: "shipment on the way" with a random order #, yet there was no link to a website that can actually track it.

On 12/30, I received yet another email from them giving me a tracking number and a link to the website to track it. http:// laposte.fr/
It's a French website, so they probably figured that I couldn't understand the language or find a way to actually track it. Luckily, all it took was a quick check by my French colleague, who helped me out, to find out that the tracking number was bogus and there's actually nothing with that tracking number or my purchase being sent out.

I'll be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and getting my money back through my bank.

What's strange is the effort they still make to try to make their business seem legit. Why does the customer service (corporate@officialburrotoblanket) keep up the charade when they had already took my money? Why not just take the win, ghost the customer and run off the my 80 bucks?

Anyways, hope this helps other potential buyers. Do a background check on any companies that advertise and sell products via social media websites, before buying.

Horrible service. All claims on the site state will ship within days and it's a lie. I bought as a christmas gift well in advance and was left giftless with a lame response of give it 7-10 days to process and receive shipping information?! What kind of crap is that?! Still have yet to receive anything. Will be pursuing legal action via PayPal thankfully.

Bought the blanket and avacado socks and the socks never arrived . Definitely a rip off. Never arrived for Christmas just the blanket. Customer service said they ship from diff locations and it would be here soon . Never arrived and upon payment only 1 eta was shown

DON'T, ** DON'T, ** DON'T order from this scam site. Received 1/2 my order, emailed them questioning about the other 1/2 and they replied it's in the mail with the tracking code from the first mailing. Address on their website can't be located in the zip code area, AND coincidentally my bank account got zeroed out a week after initial purchase. DON'T ** DON'T **DON'T be scammed.
