The site needs a little tidy up. But ordering is simple enough. Occasional navigation issues. Example my account section is not easy to find.
Would be better if an invoice or VAT receipt was sent along with any purchase. I always have to follow up for this. Not available in the My account section either.
I purchased MS Office 2019 Pro 2 years ago at a super price without any problems. I had to reinstall Windows 10 recently and stupidly didn't keep a record of my licence key. Kevin kindly and promptly re-sent me the key so I'm back up and running again.

I needed Microsoft Office 2019 and Outlook was important to me. It was available on Amazon, but no Outlook, and a crazy price too. I didn't want to subscribe to Office 365, so I searched and found Officeware. I spoke to Kevin who answered my questions before I ordered, and when I received the disc. The software loaded smoothly and I activated it through Microsoft - a genuine Microsoft product at a fraction of the price with excellent customer support on the end of the telephone. I recommend highly.
Anticipating possible problems with buying discounted Microsoft Office 2019 (no such thing as a free lunch), I looked at a lot of companies on Trustpilot before deciding on a vendor. Most had high complaint levels mainly for lack of customer support when there was a problem leaving frustrated buyers with no software, no money, and no recourse. So I took a chance on Officeware who were relatively new and had zero reviews but were likely hungry.
There were indeed problems loading the software (due to my in ignorance), but Officeware responded quickly and patiently helping me through the process.
All is well. Full marks.
