I was told next day delivery on my order, but this was not the case was not told until I rang that my item was out of stock. I was then told an alternate could be supplied for the same price. I rang to ask when the alternate was to be delivered... the alternate was never booked so over a week now and still no delivery.

The products are great, however...
The products are great, however, the logistics were a nightmare. We had multiple deliveries and some were on the day stated, however others were missed off then rescheduled and still delivered on the wrong day. The customer service team were easy to get hold of, helpful, and apologetic for the delivery confusion so all in all a good service.

Very poor
Very poor. Order was nearly three months late. Delayed implementation of expensive initiative. Company took no ownership of the issue but blamed it on their supplier without any meaningful action to get the supplier to deliver on the order.

This was the second Devonshire chair we…
This was the second Devonshire chair we purchased. First one was easy to assemble
The second one was an absolute nightmare to assemble. Being in our early 80s and me being disabled and housebound we got our nephew to help
The holes for the screws were terrible, wooden dowels broke etc.
Finally gave up and engaged a handymen carpenter to assemble. Paid £ 40 for the service. Still wobbly.
Being on limited pension we feel strongly that we should be reimbursed for £ 40.
Wrote a review on Trust Pilot. No response !!!!

Really happy with everything I ordered
Really happy with everything I ordered. The chair, chair mat and foot rest are all of high quality and I’m really glad I selected to have the chair put together rather than having to do it myself. This meant when it arrived I could use it straight away and didn’t interrupt a busy work day.
I would only add that I didn’t have any tracking info so had no idea what time roughly to expect the deliveries. Wasn’t to big a deal as I was home anyway but just wanted to add it is helpful.

Journey from depot to door was only 20hrs. But chair only just survived the transit. This was NOT the fault of the delivery company. The packaging is simply too thin, too weak and not enough internal support for a heavy chair.

Would not recommend
On the face of it, looks like a reputable well run company with a seamless transaction and great quick automated responses. However dig deeper their organisation is flawed. Firstly I was told that the desk legs that I had ordered were out of stock for 2 months. Fine I said give me different colour legs I just need a next day service for my business. (This email received at 1730, too late) Then I was told we missed next day service which I begrudgingly accepted. Next I was getting another email at 1600 that same day saying the table top was also out of stock, so again order me a different colour that is in stock. So yet again another day lost. Then finally told the carrier they use is DX and cannot give me any specific tracking...for a business that is open 0900-1700 unacceptable. My advice, pay more and use Amazon at least you will get follow up service and support and in a time frame that suits businesses to businesses.
