Disappointed
Ordered over a week ago, proceeded to receive dispatch and arrived at collection point emails but then notified it was not shipped yet and was asked to deliver to a home address instead, when I provided this I was then informed my product was now out of stock. This was a week later than initially ordered and now awaiting a refund. Very disappointed.

Delivery was quick but item was too…
Delivery was quick but item was too small. DPD delivery was just dumped on my doorstep so luckily didn’t get stolen. The return process is not great either. I’ll shop in store next time

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online, out of the 3 I only kept 2 pairs and took 1 pair back into the store for a refund, the manager dealt with my request very professionally and quickly, while I was in the shop I ended up buying a pair of shoes.
Very pleased with the service I got at office in Leicester.

I got an email saying you had Crocs…
I got an email saying you had Crocs back in stock that I have been trying to get, I had bought and paid for them within minutes of receiving the email and yet the next day you sent me an email saying you couldn't fulfill my order. It has now been 4 days and you still have my money, really poor.
