Scammers. I bought an offgamers gift card, a gift card to use at their own website. It was delivered 01.07.2026 and the gift card had an expiration date of 30.06.2026. Support replies with automated messages that they cant check codes ...... Why would they need to check a gift card for their own website that they made??? When expiration date is so obvious...

I am not even able to create an account
I wanted to purchase something. You need an account for that, fine. They currently only allow for SMS OTP (one time password) verification. The thing is: the SMS is never sent. Tried multiple times on the same day.
I contacted their support about it and specified sufficient detail. Was asked if I tried via e-mail OTP or SMS OTP. Read the ticket, dude..?
Via F12 developer tools I can see a Javascript error when clicking the "Resend" button.
It's been 9 hours since I filed the ticket, got 2 replies so far, but no idea when it will be fixed. I can't wait any longer, so I'm skipping my purchase on their platform!
If an online platform cannot even handle a simple user registration form, it should just close..?

Awful Delta force order experience
I placed an order for delta force in game currency. I was given a gift card which I was not provided adequate directions to use. Despite multiple tickets raised, the website provided no support and I was unable to use the "gift card."
It was a small purchase of about 5 dollars but the experience I had drove me to purchase the coins elsewhere. I would not recommend this website to anyone trying to make purchases for their games.

I did manage to redeem something, after reading here in reviews that you should use the PIN and not the code, but it is a discount card not not wechat pay top-up.
My 100cny card can be used for purchases above 100.1cny.
I can use it for paying for utilities in China (which of course I don't have) or adding coins to QQ, which, again, I don't have.
