Excellent customer service and good value
I purchased two products from them, but I placed the order for a different product than I wanted. I contacted Odysea customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole (thank you ever so much, Nicole!), who refunded the money immediately, which helped me place the new order. I just received my parcel. Thank you very much for sending it so quickly! Truly great service and definitely worth recommending!

Unfortunately, the tomatoes are rancid and ruined 2 pizzas.
Both jars have identical Batch details and one remains unopened.
I can only assume that either the jar that I have opened had become contaminated in some form or the entire batch is rancid.

We have bought Odysea Flame Roasted Red & Yellow Peppers for years. Recent one had an unwelcome guest in the form of a caterpillar. I know it can happen. What was unacceptable was that two emails to the company were completely ignored. I also wrote a review which doesn't appear. It seems they only allow 5-star reviews on their products. Poor.

Been buying these dips for more years than I can remember however last one had a weird metallic taste. Emailed company with batch number as I was seriously concerned and didn't even bother to respond. Will never buy again!

Refund was placed for damaged products (under transport) the same day and that was one time only.
All the times I've ordered before came perfectly packed and with cooler if it's Youghert or something like that.
I highly recommend.
Absolute disgrace, ordered the brass salt and pepper mill, £100 and after sitting on my bench for two days these strange speckled marks appeared all over them, tried everything but they don't come off, contacted twice to say im not happy and they see fit to just ignore the situation, will be taking it further
I ordered a luxury hamper at beginning of December for Xmas. I have had no dispatch note nor answers to my many queries about where my order is, and now it is 23rd December so I have to travel 30 miles to my nearest deli to ensure I have the items I need.
Today (28th December) I had a call from a manger who was mortified at their mistake. The first delivery went missing, then my emails got lost in a glitch due to pressure of Xmas period and didn't get attached to my order. They offered me a full refund and are also sending the package again. I think that is the best outcome, and they clearly very much regretted the error. I was pleased with the apology and will definitely use them again as I love their products.
Incredibly nice products with great customer support! I had a few questions before ordering and they responded very quickly. I bought meze dips and olive oil and can confidently say they were incredible and I will be a returning customer. The prices are fairly high but it is definitely fair considering the quality of them.
Found this great shop was super excited to buy from them. 1st order was great!
All of a sudden their prices shot up, cheaper to buy it from the people they supply if you live close enough. Cos it local delivery only.
Anyway I made an enquiry to see if they can do bulk discounts on bigger orders. They never responded!
So I will take my custom elsewhere.
