I really enjoyed the customer experience. The staff are quality and they had some real nice clothes.

Ordered a RedRun tshirt which was half price at OD’s Designer Clothing; compared to the actual RedRun site.
Extremely quick delivery too. Ordered on Friday and delivered be Sunday! Great experience. Will definitely shop here again.

Awful company, providing awful service! Ordered a hoodie, issues with the delivery service, they then cancel my order without my agreement, what a shambles, shame on you OD! Your reviews on this site and Google are terrible, you need to sort this or your business is in trouble.

Ordered 2 x t-shirts DPD arrived with parcel requested a code which OD did not supply, poor delivery guy tried his best to hand over the parcel but couldnt without the code. Tried telephone, seberal emails the chat that says will respond in minute( ZERO response). So the parcel will go back to them, seem to me like a con, customer care is -100

My husband purchased a Valentino handbag from OD’s in June 2024. He gave me it at my birthday which is 13 July so I start using it mid July, only on dry weather, and hang it on properly with care everytime. After less than 12 months of light use, the metal bolt holding the strap wore out and failed – making the bag unusable.

I returned it expecting a resolution under my consumer rights, but the store refused to help, citing "wear and tear", despite clear evidence the item was well cared for and failed far too early for a premium product. They even admitted they are not registered with an ADR scheme. They told that they only have 6 month warranty (now I know why, because they product are just rubbish, even markets care more that them unfortunately and markets has at least 2 or even 3 years warranty so its a joke 🤣)

Very disappointing service for what was meant to be a special, quality item. I have now escalated the case to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards

I would just like to say what an excellent service i have received from OD’s. I ordered my Ugg boots yesterday morning and they were delivered to me at lunchtime today by DPD.
I was also lucky to have used a 15% off code available on the website which has made the experience even better!.
A fantastic service and i’m so pleased with the boots as well. Thank you.

No trustpilot for there Jewellery website. Terrible service, wrong information on returns form. Out of pocket on deliveries. Would not recommend.

Always arrive on Time I never have any problems, the staff are lovely and friendly I needed to change a size on something before it was sent and they changed it straight away before sending.

Ordered a charm wrong colour was sent advisor adamant it was the right colour I even uploaded a picture of the charm next to the one I already had which is the right colour.I now have to pay for the item to be returned not happy at all,I buy a lot of charms they have lost what would of been a good customer.The staff need training in customer service and also need an eye test.

Bought a Sandbanks Jacket online which I thank them for but on collection the bag was ripped and not well presented
