Thats ridicolous
We booked through Ferien Touristik and Odeon was their Partner Agency in Crete.
Upon our Arrival, Two Grown Ups and one 2 Year old Child we had to wait for over an Hour for the Transfer to our Hotel. It was already late when we arrived, so our Kid was very Tired and wanted to sleep. We arrived finally at 22:00 oClock at our desitination.
The whole Day was over, we did not get anything to eat and went straight to bed.
Tomorrow would be our Departure Date.Today we received the Message that the Transport from the Hotel to the Airport is not from OUR hotel, but we have to walk a Kilometer up a Street with our Luggage and our Kid to the Meeting Point!
I wonder what the hell this company thinks what will be told about them? I sure will let everybody know about our unpleasant Trip with them.
Update: I just received a Call from the Tour Guide to let me know that a Transfer can pick us up at 02:30 am. After i cleared things up, that she has the wrong number and the wrong hotel, that cant be that we are being picket up at 2:30 am and wait for our flight at 10:35 am. She just hung up.
