Terminals for ordering food didn't work properly, were dirty and quite frankly, overcomplicates a simple process.

Food served was cold after being left on the side for too long

Excellent cinema in a great location. Tons of free parking outside. Staff are exceptional and so helpful. Great selection of films and the prices are incredible. We are able to take our little granddaughter to films and it costs about a fiver for the three of us. Another day went to the Silvers and watched “Micheal” for £2 each including free tea, coffee, and biscuits. Awesome !!!

Easy online booking

The film was far too loud today. Not a good experience. I was not told beforehand or i wouldn't have stayed. Ive just spoken to Junaid via your customer service but he said basically that as I stayed for the film theres nothing he could do. I stayed so as not to disappoint my sons experience. I am SO disappointed with Odeon today

Poor quality in food, couldn’t eat the nachos the cheese was gritty and tasted off the chips just wasn’t nice, really wasn’t a fan of the experience. I always go the vue and everything is really good quality and taste they genuinely do the best nacho cheese salsa and chip options never had a bad experience, I took my brother and dad out for a family outing to celebrate new job and a birthday but I wish I just stuck to what I knew instead of trying somewhere new,
it was just horrible I genuinely wouldn’t go the odeon again especially after paying £48 for tickets and £55 on food almost £100 for a disappointing time. The staff was lovely very polite attentive and couldn’t be more helpful but yeah very disappointed at the odeon quality there’s nothing luxe about it.

Overall good experience, nice comfy seating and clean cinema although I do feel the self service style ordering takes something away from the personal customer service so feels a bit detached as if everything has become a little too automated.

Easy to book online, plenty of space around seats, the seats were so comfy 👍😁, big trays to keep all your goodies on. Will definitely use Odeon again. Thanks for a great film 'Practical Magic 2' was brilliant.

Your website is misleading and the screen position is unclear. I thought i had booked seats on the back row but instead the seats were on the front row, which is far too close to the screen

My daughter and I had a great afternoon. The place was clean and the staff super friendly.

I’ve been visiting the silver screen showings for a while now. Always enjoy the experience. Good comfy seating. The staff are always helpful. Everywhere is clean and tidy. And an added bonus a nice cup of tea and a biscuit.
It’s a shame the silver screening doesn’t show during school holidays. Thank you.
