The room was really cold and the chairs really damage

My seat C2 in screen 12 wasnt working. Enjoyed the movie but disappointed that I couldn't utilise the seat recliner.

Unfortunately due to two young unaccompanied boys aged approximately 10/11 sat behind us, the whole experience was ruined. They chatted through the whole film and even used their phones. Staff were alerted but sadly the boys continued when the staff weren’t present. Lots of other people told me afterwards that they too were cross about the noise. I have always been a regular customer of the Odeon in Leicester but will avoid now due to this experience.

Great recliner seats. Next time we will know to go and order drinks and snacks at machine as was standing there and no one was serving so was a bit confused as usually go to another cinema closer to us. Overall would come again with comfort of seating.

Some of the chairs on our row were very worn.
They had cracked and ripped covers.
The little tables really need re-covering as very rough to touch.

Been coming here for years. Nice cinema, staff are friendly. Usually very clean. Do feel sorry for the staff as viewers can't clean up after themselves or there kids.

Great but the snacks are too expensive and overpriced

Arrived, lots of seat were worn with splits in the leather. My seat recliner was broken. They moved seats but not a great experience that it costs to go to the Odeon.

I bought everything online. The parking is free. When I arrived I clicked on the app link in minutes all snacks were sorted. The seats was great and comfortable. Perfect for my family 😄

Everything was good except the popcorn. They never make it fresh. And the bucket of sweet just tastes same a s the bucket of mix.

Twas a tad warm, otherwise jolly good show.

Torn seat covers on hand rest and overall cushioning collapsed, screen 3 row E1 and tow E3 seat hand some sticky substance uncleaned food or drink spillage.

Dear ODEON Customer Services,

I'm writing to request a refund for booking WLXNGMK, totalling £25, for two recliner seats to Digger on 10 October at 17:10.

Unfortunately, I accidentally booked ODEON Leicester (Freemens Park) instead of ODEON Leicester Square in London. I only realised my mistake after receiving the booking confirmation.

I tried to resolve the issue through your online support service, but it was closed, and Odi advised me to contact this email address.

I understand that the booking was made in error on my part. However, I had intended to attend the London cinema and unfortunately cannot use the tickets at the Leicester location.

Given the circumstances, I would be very grateful if you could consider a goodwill refund of the £25, or alternatively offer a credit or another suitable resolution.

Very nice! Some things could have been better but worse was also possible

The seats were quite worn and ripped, not very comfortable.

It was extremely cold in screen 4, we even told a staff member about it. He said he will sort it out, but nothing changed.
