Pick a mix stale! Slush not frozen!

CInema was great the film was the worst film I have ever seen and I wuld advise people not to see it.

Staff were friendly. Super easy to access the film and just no problems

Cinema screen was not cleared of rubbish after previous performance

Staff very kind and understanding with my adult Autistic son.

Reclining seats very comfortable, seats all have unobstructed biew, sound system brilliant & staff friendly

Film was cancelled 20mins before it was due to start, giving us no time to not attend. We only found out when we arrived to be told an email was sent 20mins before the film was due to start. Just a refund received which takes about a week to receive. No alternative available as nothing was on and the same film was now cancelled for the day. Booked through BLC. It is what it is. Been a long time since we have been to the cinema and will probably sack it off completely. Kind of understand why cinemas will soon be in the history books. Particularly with no customer service recovery for the inconvenience, let down, travel expenses and parking we paid on our only day off.

Simple and easy to book. Theatre was great too. Staff friendly.

Lovely cinema, clean and tidy. All chairs work. Easy to get food, pre-order or queue. iSense always the best for screen size and sound quality!!

Unfortunately, we had a really disappointing experience at this cinema.

When we went to order our food and drinks, we were told to use the self-service screens rather than ordering at the counter. I understand that this may be intended to make things quicker and more efficient, but I personally feel that ordering at the counter is part of the traditional cinema experience, and it was disappointing not to have that option.

The prices were absolutely ridiculous. £14.99 for a drink and popcorn, followed by another £14.99 for nachos, on top of paying £14.99 per ticket. We chose to pay, but for those prices, you would expect a much better overall experience.

The only real positive was the new seating, which was comfortable and had tables, making it easier to enjoy your food and drinks.

Unfortunately, the toilets were dirty, with tissue paper coming out of one of the toilets, which was quite unpleasant and unhygienic.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. Between the expensive refreshments, the lack of a personal service option and the poor cleanliness of the facilities, it simply wasn't worth the money. The seating was a nice improvement, but it wasn't enough to make up for everything else. I would expect much better standards from a cinema charging these prices.

Friendly staff, clean environment and reasonable ticket cost all made it an enjoyable movie watching experience.

Screen 3 perfect for the film and sound better than in screen 1 (slightly quieter)

The staff at Epsom are polite friendly and helpful. Tuesday afternoon is the highlight of my friend and myself week. We meet in Epsom at the cinema every week and enjoy the selection of very different films in comfortable surroundings.
