Me and a friend visited your Kingston…
Me and a friend visited your Kingston branch Monday just gone and we went to see the secrets of Dumbledore, we arrived got to our seat and film started, the 20 minutes later 4 young lads had come and say two rows away and they were shouting putting people off by lough laughter and talking I saw two coats flying towards me , I started to get annoyed as I suffer with ADHD, so its hard enough to get Into a film, by time we was half way through the film I think I heard at two separate occasions it sound like popcorn packaging being throw our area. From start to finish those young lads causing trouble had not stopped till end of film.
I managed to get out and to the main food and beverage area in the rotunda but the section of Odean and saw guy who was one of the managers, we had explained to him the situation and Jamie said I'm very sorry we are vert shorth and normally we would patrol the screen to check for vat behaviour. He also mention that earlier the refused entry to 4 young lads that arrived late and Jamie said again he was very sorry and hope this has not put you off coming back to future films. We come every week and sometimes twice a week and we have never experience d this before.
We pointed out to jaimed the four young lads as they were walking past beingbvery queit and trying to get ot the building quickly, Jamie said we can check the CCTV and see about either banning them or having a word with them next time they are at the cinema.
This did up set our evening and make us very uncomfortale.
Just thought we would bring this to your attention.
Kingston is a great cinema. We lots on offer .
