I’ve been ordering odd box for a little while now. The fruit and veg have always been fresh and plenty of them. I have swapped out items a few times which is great to be able to do . When there has been any problem the team gave answered any problems quickly and with positive actions. The sustainability that is their mission , recycling the boxes they use by picking them up on delivery if the new box is great . Live Denis and would highly recommend

I've been using Oddbox for several years now and I find the produce quality is usually very good, and even when there are occasional small issues the customer service is excellent and things get put right. The overnight deliveries are reliable and I plan my meals according to what I know is coming in my boxes. I love that I can make swaps to items that i prefer, and also that we are saving perfectly good fruit and veg from landfill. Long live Oddbox!

I have been a loyal customer for the last 3 years and can't rate Oddbox highly enough. The quality is fantastic and often lasts much longer than supermarket fruit and veg, I love the minimal packaging and their comms/marketing are informative and fun. Also enjoying the option to add on options such as eggs and coffee. It's easy to skip and amend boxes which is great especially with kids who eat more of certain veg vs others. Over the years we have grown to love cabbage and sprouts because of getting them in our oddbox! It's really good value overall.
A brilliant company, great produce, vision, comms and I'll be a loyal customer for years to come.

Excellent service, lovely produce

Very pleased with my oddbox ingredients. It is good that you can swap items which you do not like. It makes for a healthier lifestyle in our house.

The produce is fantastic & often fresher than that found in most shops or supermarkets. I also like my delivery arriving overnight.

Great selection of fruit, able to choose before hand if some you don't want. Good quality decent price

Very mouldy strawberries Badly packed so had spilled into rest of box

I got an apology or a discount if re ordered. Simply not good enough when the products are spoiled

It is valuable that you can rescue a lot of fruits and veggies from waste, because people want perfect food only like perfectly straight carrots and shaped strawberries.

Everything we have received from odd box has been really good quality , the fruit is amazing tastes really good , can’t fault anything.
I must admit I was a bit sceptical at first but it really is good quality .

Half the box has to be thrown away
- the pomegranates had little to no seeds in, so little they actually couldn’t be eaten.
- the carrots and runner beans went rotten in the fridge after two days.
- mangos over ripe
This was my first and last box, I understand it’s wonky veg but it shouldn’t be rotting veg.

Love my oddbox,great being part of the oddbox community.fruit and veg are great quality and I value being part of the rescue mission where growers recieve income for produce that would otherwise go to waste.the delivery driver is soooo quiet I have 2 dogs and they rarely hear him.a recipe is included with every box that I do find useful.
I definitely reccomend oddbox to others.
