I needed to skip my boxes for a longer than normal period and was able to email them directly and had a quick response. My problem was solv d quickly and efficiently. We get a good range of vegetables and it means I don't have to go out to shop as frequently. And best of all it saves waste -throwing out vegetable because of shape or size or surplus is criminal

I absolutely love receiving my oddbox every 2wks. I swap thr contents for other options if I do t need what is in my box already and the fruit and veg are the freshest ive ever tasted and so colourful. Ive eaten fruit and vegetables for the first time after receiving them in my box and surprisingly enough they're delicious. The recipes are so easy to follow and vety nice. Thank you would and have definitely recommended oddbox to my family and friends.

Great company to deal with and superb products. The swooping and adding process is seamless and we look forward to Saturday morning and seeing the produce!

I have been using Oddbox for 4 years now, and is one of the best things I have done. It forces me to cook meals from scratch with real food (I was a bit too keen on takeaways and ready meals, and this was having an impact on my health), learn new recipes, and in the meantime I can do some good too.
Overall, I have never had a problem with quality, and frankly having it delivered to our house is handy.

The best food delivery service I've used. The ability to swap items in the box is useful. Also, the ability to say what you don't want is good. That means less waste of unwanted items.

Delivery is very flexible in terms of cancelling and scheduling.

And, of course, it's good for the farmers who can sell misshapen or odd produce the supermarkets won't take.

Brilliant waste saving service. This company provides EXCELLENT fruit & vegetable boxes. Fair price, eco packaging, variety of choices anbd swaps, and great delivery.
Used odd box for years now and NEVER had a bad food item.

We have used this for a while, stopped for a bit, and now come back to the box as a way of freshening up our tastebuds and cooking routines. The box often offers something that can become a surprise to eat, particularly in the winter months, but the food is great and if used promptly keeps long enough to be consumed while at its peak. The delivery service has always been terrific, timely and courteous.

I love that you are saving fruit and veg from going to waste and it’s great being able to tailor your box. The fruit and veg has always been of good quality.

I ordered and was promised it will be delivered on Thursday last week but it never came, I got no delivery msg or call from them so I knew they weren’t going to deliver ,they only contacted me on email cos they tried to take money from my acct again and it didn’t go through

All started well, a few weeks in and now we don't get our delivery. It gets left at various places in the village and customer service just tell you to go hunting and find it. I really wanted to support the wonky veg idea, but these people are useless

I love getting my Oddbox delivery and love the quality and range of products from both the fruit and veg and the Market.
The only issues I’ve had recently are, i’d prefer it if there was more differentiation on the swap lists and if we could be informed of changes BEFORE they happen with the option to remove if not happy with the swaps.
For example, ‘apples’ in my last order were green but the photo showed red apples. As a family, we only eat red apples so these will go to waste.
Also, I swapped one item to easy peelers but got grapes instead. Grapes weren’t an option and I already had grapes so didn’t need them, they will also go to waste.
Please write what colour the item is eg with apples/grapes. Please let us know if you’re swapping an item to give us the option to cancel that item from our order rather than it go to waste.
Overall, the company is excellent and I will continue to use it and tell friends about it.

I look forward to surprises in the Oddbox; there are many things I like, but never remember to buy. Occasionally, there is something which I think should have gone in the bin rather than the Oddbox, but generally it is all very good quality. I enjoy it even more now that I can choose some of the items in advance. This was a good idea. I look forward to receiving each box. Great delivery service.

We love getting our regular delivery of fresh fruit and vegetables each week. Always a nice assortment and always very fresh. We also like being offered alternatives if there’s something we don’t like and extras if we want to add to our order.

Leihla and Erin have been so patient and helpful whilst resolving my difficulties

I will be away for the summer and contacted Oddbox about my deliveries, Erin was very good and sorted out my end date for a box and the rough re- start date. It was a real joy to deal with a company who can understand customers needs easily and work with them. (Another company I order from seems to have got bogged down with dates). But I have nothing but praise for Erin for just going that bit of an extra mile and understanding the long pause in my boxes. I will enjoy getting stuck back into my boxes in September then!! Thank you! (And think I may order more fruit...)

I really look forward to my box of goodies landing at the front door in the middle of the night. Quite often I can’t remember what I’ve ordered so it’s a lovely surprise.
I enjoy the challenge of finding recipes that will use everything up before my next delivery. Mostly quality is great (I expect things to be small or odd sometimes). Recently I had some pears that were inedible however - small, hard and never ripened in 2 weeks. I stewed them in the end but disappointed.

Fruit and vegetables all good quality but you don’t always get what you ask for and substitute items not always required. Rather than substitute for item that is not suitable, leave it out.
