The boots are so fab in person! They look better in person than they do online, and they looked good online!

The boots are so fab in person, but, the customer service was really great! Sidonie, provided some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. I needed to get a different size, she provided the size measurements, advised on fit and then returning to exchange, was so stress free 👏

No international support

Second purchase for similar model (runners) so I took the same size.
Turns out the new model is MUCH bigger (a full size up)
No information online for international order, had to contact the customer support team which was not particularly engaging
Shoes have been received back but no word from Odaje despite my communications
In short if you do not live close to an physical shop, don't bother buying

Disappointing customer service and poor-quality shoes

I purchased a pair of "Maxence H" sneakers from this site in early June. Less than three months later, they became unusable: the heel lining tore, and the plastic under the fabric broke. I only used them for casual city walking, with no strenuous activities.

I contacted customer service with photos showing the disastrous state of the shoes. After providing all the requested details, I was told this wear and tear was "normal" and was advised to have them repaired at my own expense (with a potential reimbursement upon submitting a receipt). This does not address the main issue: the broken heel counter, which makes the shoes unwearable.

Despite my follow-ups, I received no further response to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to focus on quality and sustainability. If recycled materials are used, durability should be a top priority.

I strongly advise against buying from this site. My experience was a disappointing mix of poor product quality and ineffective customer service.

I have returned my order but…

I have returned my order but M.Moustache does not return my payment. I am in contact with their customer service, but they are unfortunately not helpful at all. Do not shop here!

In fact, for your order the return was at your expense since you chose delivery in Switzerland.
We gave you all the information you needed to make your return as smooth as possible.
Unfortunately, you didn't choose “tracked” delivery with a tracking link so that we could keep an eye on the return.
Without this information, we can't see whether or not the parcel has been returned, I'm sorry. We strongly recommend that you include a tracking number when we give you the return instructions.

Cool + comfortable

Nice and comfortable but they should be tighter around the ankle. I'd prefer the rear to be less high, it can be annoying sometimes but they'll probably adjust with time. In general, I'm pretty happy with them.

Terrible customer service

I ordered the shoes in a size bigger than normal and yet they were still too small. Because I had removed the label, this company refused to let me send them back to change size. They are only interested in taking your money, Dont spend 135 euros on a pair of shoes from these people.They have NO customer service and dont care about their customers

Hello Mark, may I correct your comment, you wrote to us on Saturday for a return and indicated that the shoebox had been thrown into the recycling by someone you knew. As specified and as mentioned in our Q&As, it is imperative that the product must be returned in good condition, unworn, unsullied, and in its original box. Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service. I was charged delivery fees by Moustache when I bought the shoes though they said a purchase over 100euros would have free delivery.
Then I was charged a further £40 by FedEX to receive the delivery in England (although this was not made clear anywhere during the purchase). I had presumed the £10 delivery fee added to the initial purchase was THE only delivery fee.
The shoes didn’t fit as they were too small so I had to return at my expense costing a further £20.
In total it has cost me £70 to try on a pair of shoes and have to return them. Unbelievably disappointing and a very expensive problem. I contacted customer services who were completely uninterested in helping me or provide some kind of discount on the return refund.
I will not be purchasing anything from this company and would advise others to make sure you are prepared to spend a huge amount of money which will not be returned for the pleasure of trying on a pair of shoes to potentially have to return them.

The Biggest Ripoff I've ever encountered

Firstly, it took 3.5 weeks to receive my order. But that aside, I actually cannot believe that I paid 175euro for the most basic and cheap feeling white runners I've ever bought. 175euro. What a completey ridiculous and pretentious price to pay for a pair of plain, floppy white runners that are subpar in quality to the ones you see on the bottom shelf in Zara. They've done a great job of making them look top quality, sturdy and stylish in their pics on the site. Believe me - they well and truly are the polar opposite. I'll never get over the complete ripoff that bestowed me. I'm returning them as quickly as possible and I'll just invest in two 80 euro pairs of sneakers that will outlast, out-style and out-value this blatant ripoff of a company. AVOID.

Disgraceful Waiting Times

I ordered on 24th November, now it's 7th December and I've received nothing. Firstly, they sent the package to literally the wrong part of the country (about 300km from where I live). Now, the courier is saying they 'attempted' delivery twice but what they did was they decided to drive to my complex, ring me (I was working so could not answer) and drive away - not follow very clear instructions to leave the package with our 24 hour concierge that is literally ALWAYS there, exactly as every single other delivery to our apartment complex does. Now they've returned my package to their facility and it hasn't moved in days. I've been back and forth with them to have them deliver it to me and rearranging delivery days and times and absolutely nothing has happened, and the package has not left their facility. You might think that this is the couriers fault, but it is 100% M.Moustache's responsibility to ensure their customers get a 200euro package delivered on time - even if that means partnering with GOOD courier companies. Absolutely will never purchase from them again. No pair of shoes on earth is worth this amount of hassle and time.

Terrible service & faulty product

Terrible service. One of the shoes had faulty stitching that just protrudes enough to make them too uncomfortable to wear. We're now forced to pay to ship them back from the UK to France, which is not going to be cheap, in order to get any money back on their faulty product. Very disappointing.

I bought Gabrielle running shoes and…

I bought Gabrielle running shoes and Clémentine sandals. I’m happy with the sandals but disappointed with the running shoes. They are extremely light and flimsy feeling, they are suitable for walking around dry city streets for short periods of time. They look good but bad value for money.
The website advises going up a size for the sandals which I did and they fit perfectly. I think the runners size is small too.

Sustainable option? Not an everyday shoe...

Well.
I got my first pair of Moustache sneakers in a store in Paris (Fleux). I was super excited to wear them during my holidays. It's a very summery vibe shoe... Everyone loved them. However...
Almost a year after I bought them, the right foot sneaker had a tear at the joint between the fabric and the sole.
I used them only during sunny days... since it's fabric, and I don't want to get my feet wet. Sunny days in Paris, we have just a few throughout the year. (trying to make sure I'm well understood that I don't wear them every day)
Thinking about sustainability, it should last longer than just ten months.
I have another pair of sneakers from a well-known brand, and they are still just fine, even after three years of use.
It's very stylish for the summer, without a doubt.
If you're looking for a pair of sneakers that will last more than a year, that's not an option.
I've popped up in a moustache store in Paris, and the attendant said that I should contact CS. I did, but WhatsApp. The answer I got was that I should send an email... and I didn't.
You know, when you try to contact CS, and they throw you like a ball from one to another. Didn't want that.
I just needed one thing: If you're selling a sustainable pair of shoes, make it sustainable.
What's the point of buying a pair of sneakers which aren't cheap and having to throw them away after the summer holidays because they're not well-built?

Order received on time! When I contacted the company asking something about my order they responded just the next day! Very happy for my purchase. Shoes absolutely perfect. Loved them! Their guide about shoes size is accurate.

The shoes are really beautiful

The shoes are really beautiful, and I have no problem with their comfort. However, as the company is promoting sustainability, I am disappointed by the quality and durability of the shoes. I was given the shoes in the end of July, and since then have been wearing it regularly, but not that often. The sole has detached, so I took it to be repaired. Afterwards, the side tore so took it to be restored. Not the bottom of the sole has almost two holes, something that I don't plan on restoring. So, I would recommend against buying shoes from this company if anything except the design is of importance to you.

Worst delivery

Bad. I ordered 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my package. First, they didn't have it in storage which would mean the delivery would be delayed. After they promised to deliver within the next month. I didn't get any refund or any part refund and waiting two months for delivery is just ridiculous. Because I paid for express delivery. I would not shop here anymore.
