Good purchase experience
What made it a pleasurable experience? The helpful telephone call prior to purchase and the helpful and friendly warehouse chap when I called to collecty purchase.
Also the item purchased was entirely as described.

Only used for a couple of days but so far laptop works well and was in good condition with very slight wear and tear marks as described. Good seamless buying experience and arrived in good time. Overall very happy with purchase and would recommend.
