Great service. Laptop arrived in 3 days in good condition. Ordered a grade A product and it was good and fully functional. Barely any noticeable marks and screen was crystal clear.
Have ordered 4 laptops from OCM in the past and it's been great every time.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, nice email updates and item arrived safely and well packed. Only thing I would add is what ports the monitor has e.g. USB etc or make it clearer for users when buying product.

Very good service
Very good service, very helpful over the phone and I feel condident that if I were to have a problem, it would be dealt with efficiently.
My only negative observation would be, I had hoped for a fairly new machine. The Lenovo dispatched to me was 5 years old!!
