Offered video never sent

I've found a property I was interested to rent. When I talked with the agent, they were very friendly at first. Offered me to send a video from the property to make sure I can view it (I live quite far and would't be able to view that myself). The video was about to be sent on Friday until 12, but nothing happened. When I asked, they said the video will be sent till the end of the day. Nothing. When asked again, no response where given. The same on Monday without any further contact from the agent.
