Founder Paul Harris started the business over 40 years ago with Ocean Bishopston on Gloucester Road, and there are now 12 local offices across the city including one in Portishead and Weston super Mare. Claire was fantastic throughout. Things got tricky toward the end of the process with the deadline of our mortgage offer expiry looming but she got things over the line for us. We’re very to Claire for helping us move into our first home!

The property sold quickly but the timescale to completion was surprisingly long considering no chain. Ocean were excellent in the whole process, they kept us informed at each stage. Considering the difficult situation currently with house sales it went very well.

Highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents, Weston-Super-Mare. Steve was really knowledgeable and our property sold really quickly following his recommendations. He went above and beyond offering solutions and support when we needed it. Our move manager Demi, was also fantastic. Really helped us to push our sale through quickly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to sell a property in the future.
