Worst hotel experience ever
Worst hotel experience ever. They overbook. Overbooking happened to a lot of other guests aswell. We Where tanken to Another hotel upon arrival. Then we didn't get the room we had already paid for, until the 3rd day.
Pool area way to small, as was the restaurant. Too many people crammed together.
No way near a 4 star hotel

Unprofessional, bad and dirty
I have never in my life been this disappointed.
I came to the hotel 11 pm with my family. The personal first said that water don’t work in our rooms. Then they quickly changed it to the rooms haven’t been cleaned.
Conclusion:
They had us waiting Over 2 hours in the lobby for our rooms. We got our rooms 01:30 am
Even though all have been paid upfront already.
To top the insult, we received dirty rooms. My socks were brown with few steps in the room. Bathroom even worse!
This is unprofessional and I would not recommend them!
Also my internet login was first activated the next day,after a visit to the reception. Fridge in the room doesn’t work either.
! I have been in 3 starts hotel way better than this!
Normally I book travels from Denmark with danish agencies. This time I traveled from Bosnia maybe they just hate Bosnians.

One female with curly hair in the reception rolls her eyes when I asked for clean towels, as I didn’t get ones today.
Totally not professional. If it was up to me I wouldn’t give them more than 1 star.
