Oak Solution, Beautiful Quality Furniture and Great Service
From the moment I ordered my beautiful Florence kitchen island through to the delivery and small problem solving, Oak Solution, and specifically Akeem and Sam in the Customer Service Department, have been fabulous, prompt with responses, friendly and professional in all my contacts.
The furniture enhances my kitchen and is practical as well as giving me lots of extra storage.
Some lead times may be several weeks if the item is out of stock, as mine was. But I was informed of the estimated delivery date when I placed my order and my island unit did, in fact, arrive ahead of that date.

Nice looking but could be better
The furniture is nice looking, the delivery driver was so helpful. However the magnets of the door is so strong that it couldn’t be opened easily, and the shoe cabinet was a quite tilted towards the front, making quite a gap between the wall and the back of the cabinet at the top.
