Terrible, took the money and never finished the job and the part they did complete was done so bad I had to get someone else out to re do and following a professional inspection of the job, I was informed there were multiple bolts and screws that Oaksend didn’t bother to use which eventually led to damage to my pergola which I paid thousands for. Promised to come back to finish the jobs for months and months then they just started ignoring me(this was before u realised they butcher the installation).

A company that’s packaged well and seems legit but would start work and not complete. Bradley took on our kitchen fitting job and left it in a state that was regrettable. We were very kind and understanding and frankly did not want to leave a negative review as we had put in so much faith that the work would be completed but we started getting excuses after excuses, totally unprofessional with timing and no care for property. I wished he would’ve just declined the job if unqualified. Now it would cost so much to rectify the damages. We made payments for other services such as structural engineer and never received a certificate because Bradley realised a wall was not load bearing so pocketed the money for both engineer and steel beams. Kitchen units were destroyed and had to be replaced, we were told it’s due to the bad quality of the units yet we have seen others with same kitchen fitted properly. We have been waiting since July to finish the kitchen but there’s always an issue with health, childcare, family…etc. We were kind and understanding but taken for a fool.

They are scammers and Bradley O’Keefe is incapable of completing simple DIY jobs. He also refused to give me a refund after failing to complete the job when he said they could do. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional and complete scammers and thieves.

Quick, friendly, efficient, high quality and very reasonable - would thoroughly recommend!

Brad will always help out at times when other builders won't. His charges are very reasonable and we use him for many different types of work, such is his expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
