Great Hygienist works here. Top skills. Lauren. I have sensitive teeth, I'm a nervous patient with a low pain threshold. Very gentle but effective treatment. She was very empathetic. She gave loads of tailored advice. Can definitely recommend.

Worse experience in my life. I turned out to my appointment. The manager told me the dentist called in sick. She re-booked me for the following week. When I returned for the re-booked day, she has forgotten to re-book my appointment. She said to me that I didn't turn up for my appointment in the week before and refused to give my deposit back. She denied telling me the dentist rang in sick. INSANE!!! I requested the CCTV cameras to prove that I was there in the correct time for my booking. She said to me that she would pass the case to the owner and he would contact me with the outcome for the CCTV. Nobody contacted me with the CCTV outcome and nobody gave my deposit back. I have never written a review in my life because I don't have the time. But this experience was the worst ever and I must alert people so nobody go through this again. I was very upset and left the place in tears. In the car park, one of their customers approached me to say she had a similar experience with the manager messing up her appointments and denying doing it.
