3rd time I do prescription from Oakley a total hit. So happy and satisfied

HORRIBLE PRODUCT!! I just found anold pair of Oakley's. The ones they sell now feel like 3rd world knock offs!! Old ones are almost twice as heavy. They are sturdy, high quality! I cut my ear from the plastic ridge still left from their cheap production! Worst of alll, MORE EXPENSIVE

I do wish that your warranty last longer especially for people like me that really take care of sunglasses. Please let me know.

Ordered shades, lost by courier - this was admission from courier (Evri).
After further investigation and finalling agreeing with what the courier had already admitted, Oakley conceded package was lost by the courier, and offered a replacement.
I declined, as it would now be delivered after I had gone on vacation, therefore pointless, and also, nobody home to recieve package.
Oakley insisted despite my protests that a parcel left on the street would not be there when I returned in 3 weeks, and ignored me, said I would have to the return the package upon my return from vacation.
As predicted, the parcel was NOT waiting on my doorstep upon my return.
I have been chasing this matter since mid July 2026, it is now October 2026.
I have supplied all the evidence possible, emails, courier photo of package on street doorstep, but Oakley persist on following some form of internal investigation process.
The customer service live chat were rude, ignorant, and even tried to give me to the wrong email address to escalate.
I believe they are deliberately procrastinating and ignoring me, in the hope that I will drop the matter and give up.
I love Oakley shades, but I will never buy another pair after this, it's not worth the hassle.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. I was able to use a coupon for this purchase, which was great since my other glasses got destroyed unintentionally. I received my glasses quickly and I’m just so happy as always.

Just got a pair of Sutros and love the prizm lens technology. Great sunglasses for sports as well!

I feel my prescription is a bit low on the lenses like I have really look down to read anything on my computer screen.

Terrible product lasted 24 hrs and horrible customers service Oakley vanguard meta no bueno

The package was delivered and didn’t contain the goggles I ordered. I filed a complaint and heard nothing. The box had the tear offs I ordered and a glasses holding strap that I never ordered.

The M frame I ordered is too big. I've been trying to contact your company to return, but nothing is going through!

The process of ordering was great. The glasses arrived very quickly and exactly what I wanted. Now that I have found Oakley, I will order from them every time.
