This is an excellent piece of furniture, solid and perfectly matched to other furniture in its range. As it isn’t illuminated, I think it’s a bit dark inside and the reflection off the glass doors makes it difficult to see inside. Being a display cabinet, suggests that you probably want to allow the items inside to be viewed. I fitted a set of tv backlights powered by a 3 pin plug and a USB adapter on the inside front facing to the rear, this illuminates the whole unit, hiding the light strips and the power lead completely. This also gives a choice of colours and various animations if required. I keep mine on steady white and this gives a very attractive result. If you like that sort of thing. As with all Oak Furnitureland, I highly recommend this unit.
