Great tables great safe packaging and promptly

All very smooth and efficient service from ordering through to delivery. Oak Furniture House kept us updated as to progress with the order, who would be delivering it, when it would be delivered.
The courier then kept us updated as to delivery time slot and phoned again before arriving. All very easy.
The furniture pieces look great. Very solid and attractive.

My experience dealing with Oak furniture House has been a five star pleasure all the way.From my initial dealings with Janet, who was so lovely through to completion with Mathew, it’s just been a great experience to deal with a company who care and put their customers first.

This is the first time we have ever dealt with Oak Furniture House and it won't be the last. I can not praise this Company enough Natasha has worked above and beyond her duties we have had first class service from choosing our goods and changing our minds and this was not a problem at all to her. Natasha knew that we were on a tight schedule for delivery and went out of her way making several telephone calls for this to happen. I would just like to say a big thank you and for you to know how appreciative we were for your kind help in this matter. If anyone out there is thinking of using Oak Furniture House please do not think twice as service is second to none.

This was my first experience of this company and it was a positive one. The furniture was high-quality and a good price. The delivery went smoothly albeit a couple of weeks later than the original estimated delivery date. I have now put in a second order and do not anticipate any problems.

Ordered 2 bedside tables after being let down by another company when neither the tables or a refund materialised. So was a bit doubtful as to whether I'd get the tables this time round but everything went really smoothly, tables arrived in the stated time frame, really well packaged and they look great (and cheaper than the first company I'd tried). Would use this company again - they contacted me the next day to make sure the delivery had gone well and I was happy with my tables. Gestures like that make a big difference when there is a lot of competition out there and the whole experience was very good.

I bought a big chest of drawers and two bedside tables, the quality of the items is really good, solid and sturdy wood and lovely colour.
The customer service has been outstanding from day one, it took me a little while to make a decision as uncertain of model and colour and they went the extra mile to help me making the right choice. The best customer service I had so far.
I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered two Dansk Scandi oak lamp tables for our lounge. On line ordering and payment system effortless. Modern design, great quality and arrived in a week. Very stylish and suit our new home.

Unfortunately, the company, because of a manufacturing problem, were unable to supply the chairs I ordered and there wasn’t a suitable alternative.

I have used this company a couple of times over the recent past; the fact I gave them repeat business is a recommendation itself.
This time, there was a hiccup in the delivery schedule, due to matters which were out of the company’s control.
I spoke to several members of the team, and must especially thank Zoe for her commitment to getting a resolution to the delivery issue. The bookcase is now in situ, and we are very pleased with it. I have pleasure in recommending this company, and would use them for future purchases.

We have bought 2 sets of garden furniture through Garden furniture house. The first set was wonderful, so comfy and the service was perfect, easy to order and prompt delivery.
The second set we ordered unfortunately developed a problem with one of the joints in the sofa but the customer service has been fantastic in rectifying this. They have given us regular email updates and tried to make the provision of a replacement item as easy as possible for us.
I highly recommend them not only for the great furniture but also for their amazing service if you do have a problem.
I would definitely choose to order through them again in the future.

Lovely small table -solid oak and top quality. I first saw this in a shop when away from home but on enquiry their earliest order date was several weeks and delivery expensive. I found this company and customer services were very helpful making the order. . Delivery was just as promised, much quicker and free delivery.
Very pleased with Oak Furniture House and would certainly use them again.

Similar to others the service offered by this company cannot be trusted. No communication following an order placed online. They do answer the phone and respond to emails but it is all a front. Every statement made is not followed through and even the process of a refund is not being actioned currently 18 days after them confirming the cancellation. It will be now left with the bank to claim back which is embarrassing.

Cannot thank this company enough they have been brilliant from start to finish with my new garden furniture and the quality is top notch so pleased with it I think most of the bad reviews on here are just people who will pick fault and moan about any slight thing they can

My review concerns Janet in customer service. When delivery of my order started to go wrong, Janet undertook to liase with the carrier, to try and establish what was going wrong and how to sort it out. She kept me regularly informed via email, and kept her sense of humour which in turn helped me to keep mine. I just wish there were more customer service workers like Janet.

Shocking experience. Lots of promises & lies.
Received confirmation my order would be delivered on Sunday. Got a call on Sunday to state they were outside my house. Only to find out they had a completely different name, product & we’re at the other end of the country.
Spoke with Janet in customer services who apologised & then promised she would look into this & call me back by 5pm. No call from Janet. I contacted the delivery company directly & they said they would deliver on Friday & promised to throw in a few extras. I call up couple days later & speak with Janet. I ask for confirmation that delivery will take place on Friday & she promises she will come back to me by end of day with an answer. End of the day comes & no call back again despite promising. I wait around all Friday for a delivery that isn’t coming. I try calling through but no one answering other than a voicemail option where they say they will call back. No call back again. I try contacting the delivery company who don’t answer. I find another number & get hold of a driver. He says there’s no vans even out today. Complete shambles of a company with no organisation & a pack of lies & failed promises. I’d strongly advise not shopping here.
