I first came across o2GearShop in the middle of December 2011 when I was looking to purchase a gift for a family member. The item I had in mind was the Mountain Hardwear Powerstretch Zip-T, and o2 had it available at a cheaper price than any other I'd seen. I was able to place the order with no difficulty (and with a 15%-off coupon!), but a week later, I received an e-mail informing me that my order could not be fulfilled. I was a bit disappointed that this had happened so close to Christmas, but as the item suddenly disappeared from other sites, as well (even those that had listed it as 'back-ordered but available'), it seemed that this was a result of the supplier rather than o2.

The e-mail instructed me to contact Customer Service to let them know how I would like to proceed. I dreaded the thought of calling and potentially being on-hold for a longer time than I would have available, so I put it off until after the Holiday Season. When I finally did have the time to call, I had the pleasant surprise of being connected to a real-live-person almost immediately. And, with some typing and a few quick clicks on his end, he had issued a refund check. No "sorry, store credit only", no "you now have to pay $$ amount in shipping" (as I had also ordered a second item that, on its own, would not have qualified for free shipping), and no hassle. This is now the forth purchase I have made from them. Since finding this site I have not purchased any of my gear needs else wear. I highly recommend to any one. Saves you money and their service is top notch. By far my favorite site!!!!!

I just ordered by son a North Face off of this site and it was 50% cheaper than anywhere else on the web! I was so happy! Added this place to my favorites and will definitely be looking here first and most likely shopping here for all my outdoor needs!

I found O2gearshop while searching online for some Patagonia gear I was trying to hunt down due to my local stores being out of stock. Their prices were the best out there, and their return polices appeared friendly enough, so I thought I would take a chance ordering gear in colors and sizes I wasn't sure about.

I couldn't be happier. The product arrived fast and in great condition. A few of the sizes and colors didn't work for me (I was taking changes on things like "Grecian Blue"), so I had to return them. No problems on the returns, and they were very fair with respect to the return values for which I had used coupons which they pro-rated the coupons for each item - an unexpected and very customer friendly gesture.

I have since place an additional two orders with O2 and they will always be a first go to for outdoor products.

I found o2Gearshop while shopping the web for a discontinued hiking shoe. They had it and the price was very reasonable so I gave them a shot. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The item arrived in a timely manner and it was exactly what I ordered. The ordering process was efficient and the communication was pleasant and to the point. I am definitely going to purchase from them again.

I was so happy that I found this website. The prices of North Face Denali's are much cheaper than everywhere else I have looked. So happy that I purchased my North Face hoodie from there, I wear it everyday and it is the best purchase I have made in a long time. Great prices, and fast shipping are the best combo.

I cant believe the savings I got on my fleece jacket...I purchased the same jacket for $99.00 but after one day decided it was too much to pay so I returned it...I can't believe that the next week I found the same jacket online at O2GEARSHOP for 62.00 what a savings I bought it online and had it within 2 days way to go
