I was so excited to try and buy new products! Unfortunately, I was met by a rude employee who didn’t want to help me after I’ve asked her about the lip liners. She was tall, mixed race. As I’ve asked her about it, she shut me down and basically pointed where the products were with her fingers instead of helping me there. I simply left the store feeling awful. It was the 12th of March around 2/3pm.
Absolutely obsessed with Nyx make up. They messed up an order once and took a while to reply but gave a refund. I hate that I can no longer order from them online directly.
They sent a incorrect product (an eyeshadow instead of a lip liner) and when I emailed them to inform them of this it took over a month for a response which was to send it back to France (paying for it myself) and they will refund me for the product and the postage.
The reason I give two stars not one is because the eye shadow they sent cost twice as much as the lip liner and, if the other two lip liners I brought were anything to go by, was better quality.
I love this makeup brand because it's soo affordable and great quality makeup. I recommend it to everyone I know.
I love all the eyeshadows and eyeshadow palettes I've purchased, use them all the time. Love the Roll On Eye Shimmer for fast and easy on the go. Just for fun I tried there bright Blue Color Mascara it was great, bold color lasted all day. I used there Concealer Jar in Green to help mask redness or blemishes under my foundation and it works great, price is much better than other brands. I bought The Curve black liquid eyeliner, the concept is awesome, it fits perfectly in your hand and is easy to apply, but for the price tag it not worth all the hype. The Curve is to expensive for too little product, I only used it a few times and it ran out. I could buy several other brands of liner for the price on one of these and get the same results, practice makes perfect and saves you money!!! Otherwise I've loved every product I've bought from them....and I can't wait to buy there Wicked Lippies and Butter Gloss in the awesome colors they have...I've been dying to try them :)
