I was having an issue of trying to make the purchase go through online and James called me and helped me out over the phone to complete the order and get it shipped out to me.

I bought 2 watchbands, different sizes. Both 1 link short. I called and James explained to me that they do not carry just the links. He told me that most people just purchase another band as the links cost what their bands do (He is correct as I have purchased just the links before). I purchased the 2, 2nd bands and they re on the way. James was extremely professional and very helpful. Thank you James and to your boss as well.
