Bait and Switch on a $3000+ hat order

I placed a $3000+ order, which stated free shipping. Then got an email the next day saying that it wasn't coming from their warehouse, but the manufacturer and would cost an additional $135 to ship from there. They could not tell me where the hats were manufactured, and when I pushed back saying that it was a bit of a bait and switch, they simply said I could cancel my order.

NYFifth has great prices and fast…

NYFifth has great prices and fast service! I've ordered from them several times and it's always been a good experience. The prices are lower than other shops, everything is shipped and delivered quickly, and I've never had any problems with my orders. You really can't ask for more.

I really enjoyed shopping at their website. Quality of cardigan was perfect and was exactly as they described it. Ordering was easy. Ill be back when I need to order anything sporty.
