This company could start off by been truthful, last year when i was approached again i was not in a great place, with my mum & partner going through cancer, the rep came in told me we could legally come out of our current contract due to some 1975 act rule, she did all the cancellation letters for me as i wasn't in the best place, we got a letter from the old company stating we still had 15 months or so on our contract and we would have to pay to come out of it, again NWR rep said ignore it they were just trying it on and nothing will come off it. 6 months later court summons landed on my desk, NWR couldn't believe it, i even explained that the committee of our club was making me pay the £3 grand fine back out of my wages, got a e-mail back from the boss stating it's the 1st time they have known this happen and are sorry and would refund the money, oh guess what still waiting and think the gaffer and sales rep have moved to the moon. been waiting to them to get back to me since January 2026,

We offered NWR the opportunity to quote for our additional site as they already supplied our hygiene bins. After numerous attempts to contact them, and after receiving no response, we gave notice on existing contract as we were moving premises.

Again, all of our attempts at contact were ignored. We first contacted NWR in February, and only now in December have we been able to end the contract. We have had to pay a termination fee to a third party of £1,200, despite not having any services since August
