My stay with Newave Apartments was the worst
My stay with Newave Apartments was, quite honestly, a major disappointment. I felt that the accommodation had absolutely no conditions suitable for hosting guests. Upon entering the flat, I was met with cockroaches and clear signs that suggested the possible presence of bed bugs (something entirely unacceptable for a property advertised to tourists).
Dealing with the company only made matters worse. In my point of view, their customer service was distant, unhelpful, and showed no genuine intention to address the issue. Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to offer a proper solution, they simply brushed the matter aside, leaving me without any support.
It is difficult to understand how a company operating in this sector allows properties in such a state to remain available for booking. It leaves the impression of a complete lack of care and respect for the consumer.
Based on my experience, I feel obliged to warn other travellers: think twice before booking with Newave Apartments. I would not wish anyone to go through what I did.
