Horrible, most self-absorbed, deaf company yet.

Horrible company- they think they are now too good than serving the consumer that got them to where they are now.

It's difficult to avoid their products, but avoid them where you can. They're pushing policing what we do on the internet and are actively funding oligarchs and that will further destroy the world like Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, Donald Trump, etc. They are also enabling militaries to use AI to make life-taking decisions and putting them in charge of actual weaponry. (AI in its current state has 0 rights to be used in the military, and is a disaster waiting to happen.)

Companies like this cannot keep getting away from this. Do not give them a penny wherever you can. The way they are acting now is acting against your best interests as a consumer.

Flawed Support but Top Tech.

NVIDIA's hardware is the best in the business for my gaming preference and desired performance. The technology is truly impressive.

However, customer support is a major weakness. The experience is a complete gamble—you might get great help or be ignored for weeks. Driver updates can also be unstable.

You pay for leading-edge technology, but the support and software experience don't always match that premium standard. It's a trade-off.

IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

In 2021 I purchased the Nvidia Shield TV Pro (2019) version from Best Buy. I only used it a handful of times, moved to a new place, and had it stored away for too long. Just recently ( November 2025) I came across it and attempted to set it up. To my surprise the wall adapter piece was nowhere to be found so I was unable to power the unit on and use it. After frantically searching everywhere for the cord I started searching the internet on how to acquire a replacement cord. I noticed a few posts on Reddit stating that sometimes Nvidia customer support will sometimes send customers a replacement cord. I messaged support right away and I included proof of purchase, pictures of the device, detailed my issue, and asked that a replacement cord be mailed to me as a 1X customer curtesy and to my surprise my request was granted. Just a few days later I received the cord in the mail and I’m officially using the device. I was extremely grateful for this wonderful customer service and I thank you very much!!

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service. I understand that most companies have customer service only to absorb negative sentiment and not help the users, but NVIDIA has taken that to a whole new level.

Their level 1 support seems to be completely forbidden from doing anything other than saying how sorry they are. They keep lying and outright ignoring anything that the user says that they do not like. When asked a question that is even mildly inconvenient, they just pretend it was never asked. The issue dates to the beginning of September and it still hasn't been resolved to my satisfaction. Last message I sent to them was on October 1st and they still have not replied.

Amazing old school customer service

Only waited for 5 mins to be connected to customer service, I told them the issue I had with a TV shield power supply. One email and only 1 hour later was told a new free supply will be sent by FedEx from Singapore. Arrived 5 days later. Incredible service 👏👏👏

Terrible experience from start to finish

Bought a graphics card directly from NVIDIA and the order got delayed without any update. When it finally arrived the product didn’t work properly and support was slow to respond. Tried to get a refund but the process was confusing and took weeks. For a company this big the service should be way better.

I was misguided trying to play a game…

I was misguided trying to play a game to update my prescription to be able to play Battlefield 6 so I spent 100 dollars on a game I had downloaded already. They got me and do not offer refunds. Definitely my mistake. They offer no refunds. So they just got a quick $100.00 for no reason at all. I quickly tried to get a refund and they denied the refund. I do not even need the product.

Terrible experience, very shady

Expensive gpus nowadays from nvidia

I remember how new gpus were considerably cheaper, even if we take into account inflation. However, the bitcoin mining is ruining everything. Nvidia has to do something with it, I’m scared to buy gpus in my local shops, cause who knows, maybe they are selling used one in the miners. I know that there is a way to tell if the gpu was used or not, but it’s still kinda hard, not the easiest task. Anyway, I got a clean one recently, freshly new and it’s working fantastic. The price is obviously high for no reason except mining that caused them go up in price.

Nvidia gets worse and worse

Nvidia, used to be great drivers but since october 2023 my drivers are constantly updating and constant errors that they cannot be install, i had to basically unistall and install Nvidia in order to install drivers and it makes me sick doing same proces all over again as they are getting annoying, also it won't take screenshot when i report player in game or desktop when i have business.

Nvidia gets worse and worse and i'm thinking to find alternative.

Overall, nice

They are definitely not perfect! The same issue everytime with updating drivers, they should really look up for that problem and solve it once and for all, because I can see many still witness it. The productivity is over the roof though, especially for video games. It gets every game in max settings, such as cyberpunk, elder ring and others.
