This company is a fraud. They do not process the refund and simply reply with the same email each time. Do not purchase from them.

IF I COULD RATE THIS COMPANY A BIG FAT ZERO (0), I WOULD. I ORDERED JUST ONE TUBE OF INSTANT EYE TIGHTENER EASY-WEAR FORMULA WITH BRUSH-FREE ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2025, AND MY CC WAS CHARGED FOR THREE ADDITIONAL ORDERS OF THIS PRODUCT, WHICH I DIDN'T WANT. I IMMEDIATELY EMAILED THE COMPANY ABOUT THEIR MISTAKE. THEY REFUSED TO MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THIS PRODUCT, WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SHIPPED ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2025. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THIS COMPANY 5 CONSECUTIVE TIMES ABOUT THE SAME ORDER. THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD, OVER AND OVER AGAIN. "Dear customer, We will remove extra items from your order. The price difference will be refunded after the order was shipped. Please note that the revised products will not shown on the shipping notification. If you do not agree, please get back to us. We are willing to give you a full refund as compensation. Please just make sure there is no claim or dispute which will lead to a frozen of the payment. PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM ARTISTS ON THE TIKTOK WEBSITE, AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, OUT TO STEAL YOUR INFO AND MONEY. I HAVE PLACED A COMPLAINT WITH THE IRS, AND OTHER FEDERAL/STATE AGENCIES ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

I NO LONGER SHOP ONLINE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD LOCALLY. I'M STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER TO ARRIVE, AND/OR MY REFUND.
