I want to tell you that I did my yearly labs last week. My labs have always been good but high on the good side. I started the Superhuman Protocol in June. My doctor was shocked by my labs and blood pressure. My blood pressure was 129/69. My labs were normal low. All of them. I have been deficient in Vitamin D for at least 10 years while being an outdoor enthusiast. My Vitamin D was on the high good side. My doctor asked what I’m doing different. The transparency of this brand is what first caught my attention. The founder is incredibly knowledgeable and sincere, and he's been endlessly supportive and helpful with every question I've asked. As for the product itself, my sleep and energy levels had been a mess for over six months. I tried everything: sleep teas, NyQuil, melatonin, sleep aids, then energy drinks and caffeine to get through the day. It felt like a horrible rollercoaster, and I hated what it was doing to my body. After just three days on all four supplements, I can honestly say I've gotten the best sleep I've had all year, six or more hours a night. The pill size isn’t too big and has zero after taste!
