I recently purchased a 0345 business number from Number Supermarket and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.
I want to give special recognition to Lynn, the head of operations, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our interaction. She went above and beyond to help me understand the different options available and guided me through the setup process with incredible patience and expertise. Lynn's knowledge of the service and genuine willingness to help made what could have been a complicated process feel effortless.
The 0345 number itself has been perfect for our business needs - it gives us that professional edge we were looking for while remaining cost-effective for our customers to call. The activation was quick, and everything worked exactly as promised.

Having spoke to numerous companies, I felt that Lynn went over and above to understand my exact requirements instead of trying to sell me a complete package that wasn't needed, I really felt like my business was important to her. having spent a few weeks back and forth communicating, I have today signed up to a package that was not only competitively priced but one that was exactly what I spent hours on the phone to other companies asking for. My only regret is that I didn't call Lynn before the others. without hesitation, I would 100% recommend this company

Fine for first year then increased prices 300%. Trying to cancel and they are refusing to cancel and now threating "CCJ" action.

For readers info. According to company house its a 3 person band (as of 2022). A Nelson, D Hughes and I assume this Lyn (possible wife of one of the above). 2021 accounts show turn over of £15,266. I also assume the address they give is a "rent an office" from WeWork.

I had a nightmare with my old supplier. After god knows how many hours spent on the phone and sending emails back and forth, I came across number supermarket on Google. I called and spoke with a lady named Lynn, who was very helpful indeed!
