This company is a complete scam, they are happy to send out products to people but it’s impossible to return unwanted items, impossible to get a response from them so they left me with no choice but to report them to trading standards. Thieves!

Ordered a Barbour International waxed jacket for amazing sale price. Jacket arrived within 48 hours and is exactly as described. Quality merchandise at the best price delivered expediently by DPD.

Would have given 0 if I could
Would have given 0 if I could. Taking orders for things they don't have in stock. Clearly no inventory tracking. Took the money then immediately emailed and said refund will take 3-5 day.

First and last time very poor customer…
First and last time very poor customer service. Ordered a jumper they sent the wrong jumper. Wouldn’t send the correct jumper until I had returned the one sent by their mistake. Wouldn’t send postage return label I had to pay nearly a fiver for it. They said they would pay for it two weeks later they still haven’t. Only a fiver but is the principal, why should their mistake cost me? Avoid.

Will not extend 14 day refund over Christmas
Will not extend 14 day refund period on a £300 pair of dubarry boots as a Christmas present. My husband called on the 27th December to say they don’t fit and because he purchased them on the 6th December they would not exchange or refund. The sizing of the boot is very small.
I would not recommend this retailer to anyone. Terrible policy and customer service
